Description
Head of Financial Analysis Department will be responsible for managing the creation of complex business cases, financial models and investment analysis.

Responsibilities
- Provide financial recommendations to internal and external requesters;
- Coordinate and manage financial data flow to and from all designated parties;
- Design posting, reporting, and tax treatment mechanisms and ensure timely provision of finance department disposition in Specification documents, in various workgroups;
- Participate in negotiations with partner organizations to ensure adequate business interest and financial efficiency;
- Manage the realization of periodic KPI analysis;
- Plan company-wise profitability and analyse cost-efficiency;
- Participate in M&A activities, realization of financial due diligence, synergy evaluation and other related analysis.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance and/or Business Management/ Management area;
- 4 years of proven successful experience in finance (business analytics, forecast and variance analysis);
- Strong understanding of business; experience in the telecommunications field will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to ensure precision high-quality detail in the work supplied;
- High level project management skills: ability to manage end-to-end development and implementation in compliance with the objectives concerning results, resources and deadlines;
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact with various groups (experts, supervisors and top management);
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages.
