Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, greet them and offer assistance;
- Work closely with customers throughout the sales process;
- Advise customers by providing information on products;
- Help customers make selection by building customer confidence;
- Handle any inquires made by the client, investigate the issue and provide the necessary feedback;
- Offer suggestions and opinions;
- Ensure the product is well presented every time;
- Remain updated on the product knowledge;
- Develop creative sales techniques;
- Receive the payment by cash and credit cards.

RequiredQualifications
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Technical background;
- Work experience in sales is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages is an asset;
- Ability to absorb information in a timely manner;
- Strong attention to detail.
