Academia Ltd. is looking for a Restaurant CEO to participate in the restaurant and shop opening processes: repairs and constructions, legacy, logistics and team recruitment. The incumbent will be responsible for the full management of the restaurant and shop.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development;
- Be in charge of profit optimization;
- Control the quality of services and products;
- Responsible for team management and motivation;
- Organize events and master-classes;
- Develop the main product groups:
a) Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinners);
b) Bakery (healthy breads and desserts, including delivery);
c) Healthy food delivery (detox, weight management and other programs);
d) Shop (a shop with organic local products as well as imported ingredients that support healthy cooking);
e) Community (master-classes, events).

RequiredQualifications
- Like-minded person, who desires to develop the same ideas as the founders;
- Intellectually mature person with managerial skills;
- Interest in and understanding of HoReCa industry;
- Financial, marketing, project management and event-management skills will be helpful but not essential.
