Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Partner Business Manager (PBM). The incumbent's main functions will be driving partner-lead SMB projects. PBM develops and nurtures a strategic/ mutually beneficial relationship with the partners/ resellers, to drive additional revenue with joint sales efforts.

Responsibilities
- Develop sales of products from local stocks, in a strong cooperation with the partners;
- Support partner-lead projects, by providing all the necessary actions and information to close the deals;
- Serve as an expert to partners for a wide range of extremely complex information regarding products and services, promotions and configurations;
- Integrate the Company offerings to become a key part of the partner's business and solutions; may be brought in by partners to sell Company brand to end customers;
- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth;
- Leverage partner solution stacks, partner intellectual property, and other capabilities to broaden the Company's footprint in targeted industries and/ or customers;
- Achieve assigned quota for company products and services;
- Create, fill-in and manage the Company's funnel for deals with partners and transform potential leads into joint sales activities;
- Actively engage Company resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with partners which ensures long-term business opportunities for the Company;
- Effectively sell Company offerings by building strategic relationships with partner senior management, principles and decision makers, aligning partner and company processes, and promoting company programs and offerings;
- Develop strategic plans with partners to grow the size of the business and Company's share;
- May drive SOW growth with distributors who are managing partners on behalf of Company.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales at end-user account or partner level;
- Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors and the channel: dimensions include competitive positioning and business models;
- Deep understanding of the Company's products, software and services; ability to communicate the strengths of company's offerings relative to competition and overcome objections;
- Ability to partner effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management;
- Ability to motivate partners' sales force;
- Deep understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to partners/ sales teams;
- Good knowledge of oral and written Armenian, Russian and English languages.
