Description
The Medical Representative/ Key Account Manager will visit to doctors, pharmacists regularly to promote products of clients of Victoria Consulting according to the business, marketing and strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Work in close cooperation with doctors and pharmacists in order to provide product information and awareness;
- Develop results with all existing and potential products under responsibility in order to meet the agreed annual targets of sales;
- Identify customer needs and areas of product growth;
- Ensure that an average of at least 10-12 visits to doctors and 2-3 visits to pharmacies are made per day;
- Coordinate the above promotional activities with the Product Manager (PM);
- Continuously revise and update the target list on cooperation with the Line Manager and organize customer files;
- Identify important customers and keep customer classification up to date;
- Keep himself/ herself informed about situation in different field areas, competitors, general and specific product information and all matters of importance for carrying out his/ her work;
- Participate in the local events (symposia, customer meetings, campaigns, training sessions, etc.);
- Cooperate with the Line Manager and colleagues in establishing twice a year the plan of action during regular Cycle meetings;
- Organize group meetings/ presentations in major hospitals.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of English language is an advantage;
- Computer literacy (MS Office programs);
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Availability of a driver's license and driving experience is desirable;
- High sense of responsibility.
