Responsibilities
- Create travel itineraries and packages
- Develop and promote the company's outgoing and incoming tours, build partnership with international tour companies attracting new customers
- Understand client specifications and suggest suitable holiday packages or relevant service
- Responsible for follow-ups with customers
- Responsible for regular mailings to the company's client base
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Experience in outgoing and incoming tourism at a travel agency
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Competent level of computer skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to travel
