Description
BetConstruct is looking for a JavaScript Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

Responsibilities
-Create an engaging web & campaign ecosystem that drives scale, inspires our community of consumers and enthusiasts, and meets or exceeds the functional needs of our customers, partners, and third-party developers
-Create stunning web experiences using leading edge HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and WebVR technologies
-Constantly drive improvements in usability and interactivity on PandaVR web properties
-Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
-Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

RequiredQualifications
-Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
-Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
-Knowledge of WebGL or WebVR is a plus
-Familiarity with A-Frame framework is a plus
-Knowledge of ReactJS is plus
-Familiarity with ReactVR framework is a plus
-Knowledge of NodeJS is a plus
-Ability to work with command line tools
-Ability to independently research and implement new technologies and ideas
-Ability to learn quickly new technologies and frameworks
-Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Gulp.js and Webpack
-Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
