Description
"Armenian Harvest Promotion Center" (AHPC) CJSC is seeking candidates to fulfill the position of Construction Engineer. The incumbent will have an opportunity to study a course during the working process and to improve his/ her own skills.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design the greenhouse projects in the office located in Yerevan;
- Adapt greenhouse projects in the regions of Armenia and not only;
- Supervise construction groups on construction site;
- Work in a team with local and foreign experts in modern greenhouse complexes;
- Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures of the Company;
- Maintain quality standards and all technical activities to ensure service is done with zero defect methodology;
- Responsible for direct supervision of daily work force to maximize efficiency between client and supplier;
- Ensure personnel issues are dealt with in a timely manner, including disciplinary actions;
- Ensure all documentation is completed as required;
- Provide technical support on equipment in assigned area;
- Foster a positive team environment and assist coworkers as required;
- Comply with Company policies and procedures;
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned by the management.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Construction, Architecture, Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Power Energy or other related fields;
- 1 year of work experience in engineering;
- Participation in trainings, seminars and qualifications is a plus;
- Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus;
- Ability to maintain deadlines to meet all project schedules.
