Responsibilities
- Responsible for inventory control (checking import declarations, record/ post invoices and credit notes relating to goods purchases and missing)
- Issue sales invoices via E-invoicing system and control the open invoices process
- Create and provide basic reports to local tax authorities and other interested state bodies
- Issue self-invoices
- Keep the document flow (sales invoices, declarations, acts of acceptance and etc.)
- Issue stock transfers via E-invoicing system
- Responsible for Company fuel processing (to write-off from the balance)
- Reconciliate with the local supplies, customers and custom houses
- Responsible for insurance related functions processing
- Prepare internal reports and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Support auditing activities; work with external auditors on the quarterly and annual external financial statements and annual benefit plan financial statements to provide requested documentation regarding financial statements and supporting schedules
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Accounting, Economics and/ or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of chart of accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Knowledge of financial and accounting applications, 1C program and MS Office
- Energetic and self-motivated personality; high standards of ethics and accuracy; highly organized personality;
- Strong IFRS knowledge
