Responsibilities
- Develop and implement insurance-related and other products
- Analyze problems reported by service chain, develop system-level solutions to improve overall effectiveness
- Provide necessary materials to ensure uniform approach throughout service chain, ensure effective feedback
- Participate in improvement of internal regulations and legal acts together with Innovation and Digitalization Department and other stakeholders, submit recommendations for improvement of internal regulations
- Be involved in various operational projects related to retail banking
- Perform works envisaged under retail-related improvement requests
- Prepare internal retail-related reports, conduct analyses and submit recommendations for improvement of effectiveness
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in finance, economics or accounting
- At least 4 years of work experience in a relevant sphere, including 2 years in customer service
- Knowledge of bank accounting fundamentals, banking legislation and prudential standards
- Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze financial data
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player
- Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and representation skills
- Proficiency in banking and accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
- Good command of Armenian, Russian and English
