Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of business processes with the Company strategy and goals
- Develop business standards and processes
- Develop business process map and process classification
- Implement business standards and processes, develop implementation plans, monitor performance
- Ensure continuous improvement of business processes
- Define corrective and preventive actions as a result of the audit, monitor the processes and timing of their implementation
- Check and monitor standards and processes
- Define KPIs, receive and evaluate KPI reports
- Evaluate business processes efficiency and conduct data analysis
- Document regulatory papers
- Prepare and present videos / presentations and other supporting materials related to the developed standards and processes
- Participate in different meetings
RequiredQualifications
- BS degree, preferably in Information Technology or Information Security
- At least one year of proven work experience in process design and implementation is preferred
- Experience in gaming industry will be considered as a big plus
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian language and excellent knowledge of English and languages
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge of IT / IS and iGaming standards / best practices (eg ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, ITIL, GLI, etc.)
- Knowledge of monitoring / inspection methodology and process management principles
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to work under high pressure and stressful conditions
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Proven ability to process various documents and reports
- Ability to listen, observe and analyze
- Writing and presenting skills
