Responsibilities
- Research and resolve issues related to all deposit and withdrawal channels
- Review daily reports. Research errors and collaborate with internal groups to resolve
- Analyze voice of customer and identifying ways to improve customer experiences
- Assist with special projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Tracking and reporting on operational performances
- Provides support for Head of payment unit
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Determine root cause and modify procedures when necessary
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor degree in Economics, technical field
- English reading/writing intermediate level
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Reliable, high sense of responsibility, organized, punctual
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
