Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain the core bookamed platform
- Work closely with front-end, mobile and product teams to develop and deploy new features
- Work well both independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude to problem-solving
- Manage individual tasks priorities, deadlines and deliverables
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics etc
- Full proficiency in PHP
- Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns
- Strong knowledge of caching mechanisms
- Strong knowledge of mailing (sending mails via PHP and external services like Mail Gun)
- Excellent knowledge of PHP Frameworks (Laravel and preferrably Yii)
- Experience of developing with REST APIs, JSON/XML data manipulation
- Strong knowledge of MySQL
- Strong knowledge of database Design principles, normalization/denormalization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Query optimization
- Experience of managing large live applications
- Fluency in technical written and spoken English
