Responsibilities
- Create UX & UI deliverables for Web & Mobile products
- Ensure designs communicate effective & consistent experiences
- Follow a user-centered design process, understanding the business needs, user goals, motivations & behaviors
- Take full ownership & responsibility of your work for every last detail
- Lead junior designers to grow by sharing design & industry knowledge & trends
- Maintain & develop the company branded materials
RequiredQualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing Web and Mobile Products
- Excelent understand of what it takes to create intuitive, consumer-oriented experiences
- Expert level understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user experience, visual design, and content strategy
- Proven experience in creating Web & Mobile Products
- People-focused design mentality and readiness to improve design instinct through user feedback
- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision (Principle is a plus)
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities
- Good time management skills and a great attitude
- Awareness of latest design and technology trends for all platforms
- Sensitivity to typography, colour and a practical grasp of physics and animation will be an advantage
