Responsibilities
- Create UX & UI deliverables for Web & Mobile products.
- Ensure designs communicate effective & consistent experiences.
- Follow a user-centered design process, understanding the business needs, user goals, motivations & behaviors.
- Take full ownership & responsibility of your work for every last detail.
- Lead junior designers to grow by sharing design & industry knowledge & trends.
- Maintain & develop the company branded materials.
RequiredQualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing Web and Mobile Products.
- Excellent understanding of what it takes to create intuitive, consumer-oriented experiences.
- Good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user experience, visual design, and content strategy.
- Proven experience in creating Web & Mobile Products.
- People-focused design mentality and readiness to improve design instinct through user feedback.
- Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision (Principle is a plus).
- Excellent and professional communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities.
- Good time management skills and a great attitude.
- Awareness of the latest design and technology trends for all platforms.
- Sensitivity to typography, color and a practical grasp of physics and animation will be an advantage.
