Responsibilities
- Implement Java Web Services and mentor team members
- Develop flexible and highly-responsive backend application
- Develop well-structured backend architecture, along with a supported API
- Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements
- Assist in implementation by analyzing requirements, technologies, processes and resources
- Coding and testing of program modules
- Participating in execution and documentation of tests.
- Learn and understand user interfaces, architect and build the system integration
- Assure smooth operation of Backend handshaking with Frontend application
- Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team, act as a team player
RequiredQualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in java application development
- Clear understanding of OOP, algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience in CI/ CD practices, profound knowledge in microservice architecture
- Ability to take an ownership over the work, meet daily expectations, work with a team, deliver in time what was assigned as per a given process.
- Positive mindset, lead the team of developers, demonstrate can-do attitude, passionate to learn new technologies, skills and solutions
- Be focused on details and spot any inaccuracies or errors within the code
- Work closely with other team members as well as clients to ascertain what they need from an application or system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to leverage and maximise the productivity based on the given resources efficiently
