Responsibilities

- Find loads in consistency with the needs and preferences of the Company's truck drivers
- Communicate with existing clients and build up relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate pricing agreements with carriers and clients
- Plan and coordinate on-time pickup and delivery schedules
- Track (via GPS) and report shipment updates to customers
- Work with clients and carriers to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
- Use existing resources to constitute new carriers to the existing fleet
- Work towards achieving targets set by management and make weekly reports

RequiredQualifications

- University degree, preferably in Logistics
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics sphere
- Computer literacy (including MS Word and Excel)
- Readiness for a long-term cooperation
- Efficiency, ability to plan a working day
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
