Responsibilities
-
Communicate with potential clients with various methods including phone, email and calls.

Provide clients customized solutions to transportation needs and related issues
-
Negotiate pricing to service all prospect and client’s needs
-
Tracking the tenders, Cost Estimating
-
Work with Loadlink, Generate new leads and find loads using LoadLink
-
Negotiate with Logistics Companies and Shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service Customer needs
-
Book, schedule coordinate, track and trace and enter loads
-
Dispatch and assisting drivers & carriers on routes, ensuring accurate recording of arrival and departure times
-
Track shipments from P/U to Delivery and provide up to date information to Customers
-
Maintain and grow relationships with carriers to move freight as per client’s needs
-
Ensure on time service for all pickups and deliveries
-
Assign trips and movements in the system
RequiredQualifications
-
Previous logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred
-
Exceptional English verbal communication skills effectively
-
Verbal Communication – Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
-
Must have previous inside sales experience
-
Must have business development experience
-
Outbound call experience
-
Customer service skills
-
High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partner
