Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Context switch between maintaining a service-oriented organization and contributing to IT engineering and project planning
- Support both Windows and Mac operating systems, software, and perform maintenance as required (in-person and remotely)
- Work with all levels of the organization with various levels of technical aptitude
- Champion quality processes to enable scaling of IT infrastructure
- Rolling out and management of device security, asset management and backup solutions in mixed Windows and macOS environments
RequiredQualifications
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of overall experience in IT engineering roles with increasing responsibilities
- Ability to support both Windows and Mac operating systems, software, and perform maintenance in-person and remotely
- Experience working with all levels of the organization with various levels of technical aptitude
- Experience rolling out and management of device security, asset management and backup solutions in mixed Windows and macOS environments.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN
- Experience with End Point Protection, or other cloud based antivirus solution
- Experience with GSuite Administration
- Experience with Cisco Meraki Hardware & Meraki MDM, or any other cloud based MDM solutions
- Experience with OKTA or similiar SSO system
- Experience with Jamf or other cloud based device management system
- Able to champion quality processes to enable scaling of IT infrastructure
