Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, servers and virtualization
- Install and upgrade server software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes,
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issue
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support team efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions on server side
- Conduct systems tests for security, performance and availability
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning and database performance
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery
- IT project management
RequiredQualifications
- Higher technical education
- 3+ years of experience in the IT field
- Technical knowledge of Windows Server 2012/ 2016, MS SQL Server, Exchange Serve
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English languages
- Excellent communication skills
