Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR department
- Compile and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Serve as point of contact with suppliers
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Schedule job interviews, HR events, set appointments and arrange meetings
- Maintain computer system by updating and entering data
RequiredQualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Proficient MS Office
- Good administrative skills
