Responsibilities
- Serve customers in the branch
- Introduce the Company's products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
- Take a proactive approach to determine service needs, provide information suggesting appropriate service and advice to customers
- Proceed with the activation of new contracts and their software registration
- Suggest additional products and services of use to clients
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Accept loan payments
- Fulfill other duties related to the work
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Experience in banks/ financial institutions or in other customer service fields will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality
- Sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective time management skills
- Able for shift work
- Able to work on week-ends
