Responsibilities

- Assist in formulating the Company's future direction and supporting tactical strategies;
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans and operations;
- Develop financial and tax strategies of the Company;
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
- Develop performance measures that support the Company's strategic direction;
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team;
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team;
- Oversee the Company's transaction processing systems;
- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package;
- Ensure company budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed;
-Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies;
-Present monthly and annual Financial reports to General Director and related parties;
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the Company's risk profile;
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems;
- Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
- Arrange for debt and equity financing.

RequiredQualifications

- University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;
- More than 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the similar position for a major company or division of a large corporation;
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Excellent leadership, analytical and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of relevant computer software (Armenian Software and 1C 8.3 ERP);
- ACCA and IFRS certificates are pluses;
-Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies;
-Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making;
