Responsibilities
- Support and consult sales specialists in business-process related issues;
- Support B2C sales specialists in sales related issues;
- Control due diligence of sales support procedures and eliminate all errors in system;
- Train system users and provide support in introduction of new systems and technologies.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field is preferred;
- General awareness about IT and sector trends;
- Knowledge of sales related technologies and methodologies;
- Analytical mindset;
- Reporting skills;
- Ability to work with people in conflict situations;
- Negotiating skills;
- Excellency in communication, flexibility;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is a plus.
