Responsibilities
Main job responsibilities:
• Managing all administrative and human resources (HR) functions (drafting and circulation of personnel documents, preparation and maintenance of company employee personal files, drafting of employment and other contracts, drafting of employee time sheets);
• Carrying out cashier functions;
• Managing Correspondence
• Completing and updating the organization's donor database.
RequiredQualifications
Required professional qualifications and terms
• Higher Education;
• At least 1 year of accounting experience;
• Knowledge of languages (Excellent knowledge of Armenian, speaking English, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage);
• Technical skills (excellent computer and internet skills, ability to use digital technologies and modern equipment);
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent teamwork, listening and communication skills;
• Ability to work with clearly defined deadlines and overload;
• Strong ability to maintain privacy;
• Honest, responsible.
