Description
Solaron is seeking an experienced marketing specialist who will be responsible for organizing and developing Company's marketing activities.

-Working days: 5 days a week
-Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities
-Examine and analyze existing and potential consumer demand
-Investigate competitors' marketing policies, their strengths and weaknesses
-Identify the most effective sales markets and prospective development paths
-Perform company product sales monitoring, identify variation in sales volumes and the root causes
-Identify company position and market share
-Perform market segmentation and target market selection
-Take part in the development of marketing policy and price determination
-Participate in the sales market survey
-Take part in discussions related to advertising and product design development
-Offer and implement sales promotion activities
-Examine the strengths and weaknesses of the company's marketing and submit related suggestions
-Collaborate with vendors
-Communicate with consumers
-Perform other related research and studies
-Proficient in digital marketing skills, especially to promote Company's website in search engines; increase the number of permanent followers on social media; Offer other effective strategies of digital advertising, and as a result, to get maximum results from minimum budget; Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the used tools.
-Manage overall strategy of the company's marketing, communications and public relations
-Manage annual planning process for marketing, communications and public relations, including the implementation of new ideas and innovative approaches
-Manage marketing program budget, control resource allocation process and prepare financial reports
-Conduct market research and sales promotion activities
-Develop and implement product sales promotion program
-Participate in sales planning activities together with Sales Department
-Organize company seminars
-Develop unique bonus plans of specific marketing campaigns for Sales Department
-Carry out statistical analysis of sales
-Manage and promote company's website and pages on social media platforms
-Develop and implement merchandising strategies for company products
-Negotiate with advertising companies; Օrganize advertising campaigns and provide weekly and monthly reports about campaigns
-Participate in price formation and pricing policy development process
-Perform sales trend analysis and predict future trends
-Develop new brands and new business trends, promote and organize sales procedures
-Develop digital marketing strategy that will bring tangible results
-Plan advertising campaigns on the internet
-Implement monitoring of competitors

RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in marketing or business management
-At least 5 years of professional experience in related field;
-Excellent communication skills
-Innovative and creative thinking
-Analytical thinking
-Project management skills
-Ability to work well as the team member
-Excellent organizational skills including time and work deadlines management
-Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
-Knowledge of WordPress, Web, SEO, SMM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Corel Draw/Indesign, Camtasia
-Knowledge of AdRiver or AdFox systems is preferable
