Responsibilities

- Design and develop dynamically scalable, highly available, highly reliable and fault-tolerant applications
- Coordinate with architecture for designs and review of projects adhering to standards, enterprise models, strategies and best practices
- Coach, recognize and motivate the team as well as provide regular feedback
- Develop strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web and mobile services
- Empower engineering team to build solutions that emphasize quality, simplicity and reliability

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in web application development
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Strong understanding and experience of modern JavaScript ecosystem, libraries (preferably React), and frameworks (Node.js, Vue.js)
- Expertise in PHP
- Strong knowledge of at least one PHP framework
- Clear understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
- Strong knowledge of MySQL
- Knowledge of English language
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data science is a big plus
