Description
Prime Advertising Agency is looking for a high-performing Project Manager who will manage and coordinate multidisciplinary tasks and oversee the production of agency work across multichannel tactics.

Responsibilities
- Conduct business meetings with potential clients by performing a client-facing role, taking the lead in walking internal stakeholders and clients through project schedules of critical dates, explaining and clearly articulating details embedded in estimates and statements of work;
- Possess knowledge and understand all multichannel projects; know what it takes creatively to develop print and digital projects (project steps, capabilities, technologies, creative responsibilities and skills, QA/QC processes);
- Provide package price offers to customers and detailed description of actions to be implemented;
- Responsible for preparation and signing of business contracts with potential clients;
- Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines;
- Additionally, work with internal team to help educate the agency on how design projects can enhance current and prospective client programs;
- Have a "can-do" attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations;
- Responsible for overall quality of work, deadlines and budgets for agency projects and accounts.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration or other relevant fields;
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in advertising or other relevant agencies with a concentration in print production;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems;
- Positive, "get it done" attitude with strong attention to detail;
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle last minute changes with grace and fortitude;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Effective, straightforward communication skills;
- Strong eye for design and creative quality.
