Description
Here we are again, this time looking for a virtuoso WordPress Developer who can create beautiful WordPress themes and plugins, in addition to some other web development work (don't worry, we won't ask you to do stuff you're not qualified for like other crazy employers). Ideally you should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems, alongside proven experience with responsive and adaptive design. If you have a good understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment, then even better!

Responsibilities
-Work closely with our designers, project managers and content creators to create the best experience for our clients and their needs
-Develop responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS3 themes for WordPress
-Install, test and debug WordPress plugins and develop new plugins as needed
-Design and implement new features and functionality
-Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
-Troubleshoot and repair issues on websites
RequiredQualifications
-Good understanding of front-end technologies, including PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL
-2+ years of experience creating and modifying WordPress themes
-Strong communication skills (both in person and in writing)
-Basic English knowledge, more is even better
-Experience with custom Wordpress CMS architecture
-Knowledge of and experience with PHP interfacing with a relational database of MySQL
-Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and self-manage
-Friendly and a team-player
