Responsibilities
• Assisting customers in home construction, decoration and furnishing services at the store.
• Main responsibility is to give customers solutions proposals aimed to satisfy each specific customer.
• Strives to achieve the sales targets for the Department.
• Converts visitors to customers and customer to buy additional products.
• Demonstrate excellent products knowledge.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the soft.
• Demonstrate sales skills: contact establishment with the customer, active listening etc.
• Follow up on customer orders in a timely manner.
• Processes of order formation (dealing with the soft).
• Performs duties and responsibilities of other departments to achieve the flexibility in the shop.
• Share your success experience with the colleges.
• Coordinate picking, payment, storage and delivery.
• Displays Decora standards and value system in behavior and appearance.
RequiredQualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Sales experience will be a plus
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) processing and 1C will be a plus;
• Armenian, Russian and English language proficiency,
• Desire to learn;
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Communication etiquette (written and oral)
• Ability to make quick decisions;
• Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames;
• Team player;
• High sense of integrity and results-oriented personality.
