Responsibilities
- Russian market customer support through online chat, phone call and e-mail; customer inquiries include information on services, games, bets and other products/services provided by the company
- Follow all standard operating and project-related procedures
RequiredQualifications
Our customers call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We need a candidate that is
- Prepared to work any 8 hours, 5 days per week
- A natural communicator
- Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service
- Proficient in Armenian and Russian languages (written and verbal), knowledge of English languages will be a plus
- Responsible
- Able to work under pressure
- Bachelors degree
- Positive, self-motivated and enjoy interacting and working with people from all backgrounds
- Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Experience in a call center is a plus
- Excellent listener with the ability to understand concerns and overcome objections
- Knowledge of a PC Windows environment
