Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of functional automated tests using Selenium or similar tools
- Manually test the newly developed software, features, and record any bugs or performance issues
- Review and analyze requirements and specifications of projects
- Design and update testing documentation (test plans and test cases)
- Collaborate with Agile teams to provide input into test planning
- Work closely with technical and non-technical people across various product development teams to advance automated testing coverage
- Having initiative and playing active role for suggesting improvements for the product
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Demonstrable analytical skills and critical thinking
- Have some coding skills in any object-oriented programming language, and some test automation exposure based on those
- Understanding of different testing types and their applicability in different environments and situations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good level of English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and/or experience in SQL and relational databases, web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript), and tracking systems is a big plus.
- Experience with modern web-based tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of automation frameworks is a big plus
- Knowledge of version control tools is a plus
- Knowledge of automation testing approaches is a plus
