Responsibilities
- Working closely with the copywriter, video and design team to generate creative ideas and concepts and to communicate them through applicable channels in a holistic style
- Drafting briefs or 'roughs' or 'scamps' (print) to communicate ideas to the partner companies
- Understanding of the target audience and business that the content is aimed
- Closely collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to create corresponding content
- Briefing other members of the creative team the ongoing or confirmed projects
- Appointing photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects
- Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots
- Working on location of the shootings
- Attending meetings at production houses and with other directors
- Working in editing groups to oversee the finished product
- Advising new creatives and plan optimal and quality execution
RequiredQualifications
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Higher education in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field
