Responsibilities
-Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output requirements and formats
-Research possible software solutions to increase work efficiency
-Support project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
-Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; form project teams; establish project budget
-Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
-Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential;
-Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
-Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
-Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
-Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
-Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
RequiredQualifications
-BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is desired
-4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst
-Knowledge of OOP, design principles and patterns
-Work experience in programming languages is a plus
-Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
-Understanding of Technical requirements in Online Banking or Payment business is a big plus
-Experience in Financial, Banking or payment industry, understanding of online banking and payments, as well as card processing standards is a big plus
-Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
-Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
-Strong communication and team playing skills
-Good knowledge of English language
