Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs within the Company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
  • Oversee training programmes including workshops, seminars, printed and online manuals, group sessions, video instructions, and more;
  • Deploy and implement a wide variety of training methods in accordance with company business goals and strategy;
  • Design effective training programs for the Company personnel development and high performance;
  • Manage, design and implement innovative training, learning and development solutions as well as talent management initiatives, including leadership and employee development, succession planning, and performance management programs;
  • Develop and maintain a strong trusted advisor relationship with Company units, ensuring the training strategy is integrated into business requirements and delivers business outcomes;
  • Create an environment of change, encouraging others to suggest areas for improvement in existing tools, methods or processes to deliver world class training and development activities;
  • Work closely with leaders and managers to determine gaps in leadership capabilities and elaborate improvement plans and methods;
  • Manage Company’s training and development activities through hiring, coaching, mentoring corporate trainers and other specialists, as well as other leaders involved in training and development processes for best performance and achievement of business goals;
  • Set objectives, coach/mentor, assess performance and address skill development for Training Leaders;
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods;

RequiredQualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Trainer;
  • 5 years of Training Management and Execution experience;
  • Experience with the implementation of Commercial Training and Development programs in a large organization;
  • Effective leadership, performance and Talent Management experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc);
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Ability to communicate effectively to other people across all levels;
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills;
  • Advance MS Office user and strong ability to work with databases;
  • Fluence in Armenian, English and Russian Languages.
