Description
ARGE BUSINESS LLC is looking for an energetic and highly motivated person for the position of Trade Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
-Develop the Company's marketing and sales strategy
-Accomplish marketing and sales mission by completing related results as needed;
-Manage the negotiating with suppliers
-Analyze, test, and improve the Company's trading system (discount system tied to the requirements for the laying out of goods, customer turnover and loan limit)
-Control the information collecting on the fulfillment of minimum conditions by customers in accordance with trading conditions (quantitative/ qualitative control by means of an evaluation system/ checklist, there will be the persons for task allocating)
-Control the competitive information (competitors' activity, prices of the Company's goods and competitors)
-Manage the communication with suppliers to agree on sales plans and improve the result of trading conditions
-Manage the communication with potential/ new suppliers. Evaluate the potential launch of new categories and brands through market research (assortment, trading conditions and the importance of competitors, pricing, etc.)
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education, preferably in Marketing, Economics
-At least 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing, 3 years of which in a managerial position
-Fundamental skills in finance
-Skills in negotiating with foreign partners
-Customer involvement experience
-Knowledge of modern methods of market research and sales promotion
-Strong analytical and time management skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly an advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
