Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily standup, sprint planning, release planning and sprint retrospective
- Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams and other scrum masters
- Be a bridge between the Product and the development teams for the purpose of efficient delivery of the product
- Help PO with preparing user stories and maintaining product backlog
- Deliver on the vision, sprint/drop goals & product backlog to ensure smooth implementation
- Coach and mentor the scrum teams on Agile principles, practices and values
- Promote a collaborative team environment that foster creativity and innovation
- Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the roadblock
- Ensure adherence to Definition of Done
- Conduct retrospectives and monitor items to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide visibility to teams’ status
RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master
- Extensive experience using Scrum and deep understanding of Agile principles practices and values
- Extensive experience using Scrum and deep understanding of Agile principles practices and values
- Experience in creating tasks lists, user stories and mock-ups
- Excellent soft skills, ability to maintain efficient inter-personal relationships
- Ability to adapt, be flexible, and work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
- Ability to drive clarity of purpose and goals for release and sprint planning
- Servant leader attitude with strong desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to understand business requirements and ensure effective communication with Product team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian languages
