Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes and escalates major production incidents, manages technical and business communication on outages and continuous improvement scoping and prioritization.
  • Organizes Problem Review calls and meetings to determine root cause and action plan towards preventing problem recurrence.
  • Manages the life cycle of all Problem records from Incident to root cause investigation. Owns the process of seeing this through to permanent problem resolution and closure.
  • Drives complex technical problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation and technical knowledge of all areas driving restoration of service with support teams.
  • Conducts QA around Problem Management validation of known error resolution and final validation, protecting the production environment.
  • Cooperates with Production support and Product development departments to collaborate on Continuous Improvement efforts and drive stability on Production environment.
  • Possesses project delivery skills and experience working directly with stakeholders, customers, and clients.
  • Facilitates the discussion between Problem owners and the infrastructure teams in order to apply lessons learned through root cause analysis to outline objectives that can be completed in order to design more resilient systems.
  • Owns the Problem Management process, prioritizing with business stakeholders and ensuring the most critical incidents are addressed timely and successfully restored.
  • Creates, manages and frequently updates Known Error Data Base

RequiredQualifications

  • Graduate degree, preferably in Business;
  • At least 2 years of work experience out of which 1 year should be in the field of IT, Project Management or Consulting;
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
  • Advanced computer user;
  • Fluency in MS Office;
  • Knowledge of JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk is a plus;
  • Knowledge of ITIL Standards is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles;
  • Skills and experience of process implementation is desirable;
  • Reporting and analytical skills;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under high pressure;
  • Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks;
  • Passion, drive and motivation to learn new skills and knowledge.
