Description
Alpha Food Service LLC is looking for an experienced, motivated and initiative professional to take up the position of Sales Director for Bake Market Division.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the strategic planning procedure;
- Participate in the development of the organization's sales strategy;
- Organize a set of measures to increase sales;
- Ensure the participation of subordinate units in the preparation of forecasts, draft plans for the sale of products, conduct research on the study of demand for products sold, prospects for the development of sales markets;
- Develop motivational schemes of subordinates and submit to higher management for approval;
- Provide weekly meetings with statement of tasks to the heads of subordinate units and distribute tasks and responsibilities between departments;
- Manage the staff in the sales department, participate in the recruitment process;
- Responsible foe analysis of sales, conclusion of long-term contracts; work with target customers.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management;
- University degree in Economics or a relevant field;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Representation skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to handle stressful situations;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluency of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
