Miniso AM LLC is looking for an energized, motivated and self-driven individual for the position of Store Manager. Miniso is opening soon and this position is an opportunity for the Store Manager looking to grow in an international retail company.

Responsibilities
- Effectively recruit and manage employees;
- Monitor performance of staff and train employees to full potential;
- Deal with customer queries and complaints;
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency;
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment;
- Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of similar work experience;
- Knowledge of 1C program;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Attention to details.
