Responsibilities
- Performing training needs assessments
- Building training programs and preparing teaching plans
- Managing all phases of training interventions and monitoring their quality results
- Evaluating training programs and results to suggest improvements
- Staying abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
- Acclimating new hires to the company and conducting orientation sessions
- Participating in both internal and external HR related projects
RequiredQualifications
- Experience with training programs in the IT sector
- Ability to master the full training cycle
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Familiarity with talent management
- Excellent writing and oral skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- English required
