Responsibilities
- Oversee the various phases of the project including design, development and implementation as well as consistently delivering high quality services to our clients
- Identify the needs of the customers through user research, stakeholder collaboration and analysis of data
- Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success of the projects
- Build, drive and manage a project roadmap against proposed strategy
- Use different tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Provide advice on the management of projects
- Carry out risk assessment
- Make sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards are met
- Organize and manage the whole team's work in the frames of the project
- Develop full scale project plans, manage project budget and project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Ensure project evaluations and assessment of results
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or Economics
- At least 3-year experience in project management preferably in IT or Marketing
- Excellent computer skills and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both in verbal and written English
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Multitasking experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Commercial awareness
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management
