Responsibilities
- Maintain and control current accounting of the Company on time and report the results to the relevant supervisors
- Prepare the reports of the Company based on the principles of the legislation of RA
- Ensure employees' salaries, wages and calculation of other fees
- Ensure the acceptance and storage of the materials, and the movement of funds reserved
- Ensure contracts concluded within the framework of the work done and provided services, as well as check the accuracy of registration and payment documents on goods supplied
- Ensure and control the integrity and accuracy of the management reporting, present the information to the coordinators
- In the final stage of continuous processing, import documents required for customs clearance, monitor the functioning of the customs agent and an authorized representative of the Organization
- Ensure accounting of receivables and payables
- Ensure accurate analysis of revenues and expenditures
- During the construction and ongoing activities, keep the registry database for compiling and performing acts planned beforehand and monitor the activities necessary for their implementation
- Draft contracts, agreements, act of execution, acceptance and other legal acts
- Control internal and financial components of agreements concluded with foreign partners
- Prepare the Company's financial and accounting reports in accordance with established standards (financial planning analytic situation relative term)
- Follow the changes in accounting and fiscal legislation and ensure appropriate accounting requirements of the current legislation
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting or in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of financial management and accounting
- Excellent skills in AS accounting program and financial data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, both written and oral; knowledge of English language is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian Software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical skills
