AM-PG Group Ltd. is looking for a Sales Specialist. The jobholder will collaborate closely with the Team Manager. He/ she is required to provide high quality service to internal and external customers, taking ownership and completing all tasks in a timely manner. The incumbent supports the Company to lead business by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with businesses, treating customers fairly, identifying their needs, delivering solutions to meet those needs and providing an excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Establish a market and boost the process of increasing the number of Company's customers;
- Determine internal and external market needs and make recommendations;
- Develop sales markets for Company's services both in Armenia and abroad;
- Draft and send price proposals to the customers;
- Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions;
- Conduct market research, and competitor and customer analysis;
- Develop and implement the sales strategy;
- Achieve all stated market targets;
- Understand and adhere to the established policies and procedures in the team;
- Work under pressure in a multi-task environment;
- Provide assistance and support in relevant daily activities.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in the relevant field;
- Experience in the field of sales, marketing or in a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Strong commercial awareness;
- Ability to work as a team member;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines;
- Good selling skills;
- Organized, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office) and skills of working in the internet environment;
- Knowledge and experience of application of different research methods;
- Communication skills, representativeness and negotiation skills.
