Responsibilities
- Conduct research by studying organization goals, strategies and practices;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
- Coordinate internal resources and define precise allocation;
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Coordinate local project teams, involving local resources; define stakeholders;
- Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Identify problems; evaluate trends and anticipate requirements;
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective action;
- Implement any changes throughout the process.

RequiredQualifications
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of IT, Finance or Economics;
- At least 3 years of previous experience in program management;
- PMP and Lean certifications are a plus;
- Prior experience in telecom is an asset;
- Excellent collaborative and internal communication skills;
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong critical thinking; problem solving abilities and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency; proactive and flexible strategic thinking;
- Ability to work well both independently and in diverse teams;
- Ability to learn quickly and act with agility in a fast-paced working environment;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
