Description
Ameriabank is looking for an initiative-taking, innovative, tech-friendly individual who is very active in social media. This person will be responsible for coordinating and promoting the Bank's official social media pages and ensuring prompt feedback and engagement of its customers via social media.
Responsibilities
- Develop social media management and promotion strategy;
- Prepare social media efficiency reports, including competitive research and benchmarking in social media;
- Manage all bank-related social media pages, including content development in cooperation with PR team, scheduling, boosting, feedback, analysis of social media users behavior, etc.;
- Responsible for organic (also non-organic) growth and engagement of page followers;
- Based on market developments and trending news in social media, give key recommendations on the content development in cooperation with PR and social media monitoring teams and ensure its efficient dissemination;
- Follow digital marketing and social media developments and trends and recommend solutions for better customer engagement via social media.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in social media management, maintenance of pages and advertisement in social media and their effectiveness analyses;
- Analytical material preparation skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a highly dynamic environment;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
