V&B Style CJSC, representing Villeroy & Boch shop in Armenia, is seeking a motivated, result driven Sales Assistant who will understand what motivates customers to buy.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers who enter the shop;
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
- Assist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for;
- Answer queries from customers;
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques;
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education is an advantage;
- Computer literacy; knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and the Internet research skills;
- Fluency in Russian and Armenian languages; knowledge of English language is an advantage;
- Excellent oral communication skills;
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team;
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with customers.
