Description
Outgoing/ Incoming Tour Manager is responsible for organizing, planning and selling tours for groups or individuals. He/ she will make sure that the travel runs smoothly from venue to venue without any issue. The Outgoing/ Incoming Tour Manager is required to confirm reservations and deal with venue managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Create travel itineraries and packages;
- Develop and promote the company's outgoing and incoming tours, build partnership with international tour companies attracting new customers;
- Understand client specifications and suggest suitable holiday packages or relevant service;
- Responsible for follow-ups with customers;
- Responsible for regular mailings to the company's client base;

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Experience in outgoing and incoming tourism at a travel agency;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Competent level of computer skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Ability to travel.
