Anesa Tour is looking for a Marketing/ Sales Manager, to help the Company create new and develop existing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's marketing strategic plan for online and offline services;
- Responsible for the management of marketing processes of the company and budget composition;
- Shape and present advertising budget;
- Prepare business cards, booklets and perform other promotional materials and printing activities;
- Evaluate advertising campaigns' effectiveness and present reports;
- Analyse, develop and implement customers' attraction strategy;
- Improve sales skills of employees, organize trainings and replenish professional knowledge;
- Control customer service quality;
- Develop solution options for customers' questions and complaints;
- Create and maintain ties with partners;
- Responsible for development and management of projects;
- Implement sales management skills ensuring organization's target sales.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics or Marketing;
- At least 1 year work experience in the field of marketing;
- Experience in using online marketing strategies;
- Skills for solving and studying problems;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate quickly with people, manage relationship and deliver positive results;
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Ability to work in short terms;
- Stress-resistance, flexibility, quick-thinking and non-standard thinking;
- Team work and team-building skills.
