Responsibilities
- Suggest existing products based on product's customer feedback review, sales and performance data analysis;
- Own all aspects of the new digital product/ software development, including market assessment, customer demand, product development process, commercialization, continuous integration and software delivery;
- Initiate and set tasks for the design and implementation of new digital products;
- Act as primary point of contact and coordinate interaction with stakeholders to define and deliver digital experiences for consumers;
- Assess the need for and urgency of updates; approve plans of the products roll-out;
- Control the elaboration of requirements to new products/ updates;
- Monitor the status of projects and be involved into the process of complex issues solution making;
- Participate in the design strategies of digital products promotion; control the implementation;
- Initiate and implement measures in order to achieve the targets indicators of the sales funnel or services;
- Study the world experience in the field of digital and apply best practices in the local projects;
- Actively participate in product development and maintenance process, such as product documentation, testing and post launch analysis and improvement;
- Monitor best practices over the digital space in order to identify opportunities and new technologies.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree preferably in IT, Marketing or Economics;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a related field (Telco, IT and Tech Startups);
- Functional knowledge: the principles of mobile applications, programming and application design technologies and web services skills, the basics of the usability of digital products;
- Knowledge of product promotion in digital channels, digital marketing; ability to make prognoses and analyze the results of activities;
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive consensus in cross-regional and cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages.
